Winter Farmers’ Market in Lowertown to be held outside this winter due to COVID-19 concerns

The Saint Paul Farmers’ Market in Lowertown announced Friday that it will hold its Winter Market entirely outdoors from December until April, featuring 15-20 vendors each weekend.

Downtown Winter Market: December 5th-April 17th (Saturdays from 9am-1pm): The Winter Market will remain outdoors throughout the winter, until April when the outdoor growing season market begins.

Thanksgiving Wednesday Market, November 25th, 10am-4pm: Shoppers can pick up an organic turkey, pies, produce and other holiday meal items. To pre-order foods, customers can go here.

Christmas Tree Lot: November 27th-December 22nd (Saturdays and Sundays 9am-7pm; weekdays 12-8pm): Wolcyn Tree Farm runs the Christmas Tree Lot at the Lowertown Saint Paul Farmers’ Market.

“Farmers Markets are categorized as grocery stores, essential business that should remain open. Our Market in downtown St Paul will remain open all year. Please continue to support local growers by shopping at our outdoor market this winter. Be well and please wear a mask to the Market.”
